Service Description
This is our basic full house wash package. This package takes into account a 1500 sqft home. We will soft wash stucco or siding exterior walls as well as a one-story roof, pressure clean and post-treat a two-car driveway, and pressure clean and post-treat one exterior patio smaller than or equal to 50 sqft. Additions to package: Additional Story houses: Per Story $95 Additional sqft patio or surface space: $0.20/sqft Enclosed Pool/Patio screening or installation: $0.30/sqft $100/Story
